Welcome to Galia's - a school space dedicated to creating and educating everything in patisserie.

 

Whatever your background or experience, we provide a learning environment for you to flourish and turn your ambition into reality. Whether you are an amateur wanting to enrich your knowledge in the field of patisserie, or whether you are a home baker wanting to improve your skills - Galia's is the place!

With over twenty years of teaching experience, located in Talpiot, with easy access and classes in the morning or evening

Come and learn the basics and fundamentals of the pastry kitchen

 

All classes are hands on, and include all theoretical aspects of patisserie

The course titled " A taste of Patisserie" consists of ten classes, each class a 3 hour duration will cover the topics listed below 

 

Classes will take place once a week

morning (9:30-12:30) or in the evening (17:00-20:00)

 

All ingredients are dairy and under the supervision of Badatz-Mehadrin Jerusalem

 

each student will be provided with a apron and reusable box in which to take home each week's pastries

10 classes

 

* Shortcrust pastry (2 classes) one class will cover the world of cookies - traditional mixing methods, cookie styles and methods and the second class will cover the world of tarts and savory quiches

*Babka - Challah - sweet and savory - this class covers everything yeast 

  petitfours 

cakes 

*Classic desserts - creme brulee, volcano, eclairs and more 

*the dairy kitchen - we will cover quiche, savory dishes, focacia, pretzel etc 

*Mousse cakes & boutique desserts (2 classes)
